We were just about to leave the house as we were having people round to view it when I looked out the window to see a tail zip across the garden. "Rat" I thought. But it was a bit smaller. In fact it was a mouse, perhaps a wood mouse, I don't know,

He took a shine to the nuts I'd placed low down to try to get the dunnocks and sparrows.

He had a right good gnaw at the feeder. When a siskin would approach, he'd fall off backwards, haha.

I then went out to move it up higher as I don't want him hanging around.

Oh dear and I thought our squirrels were a pest Joo

we have seen 2 or 3 climbing on the apple tree but never seen any on the feeders.
